TODAYS NOTICES 

1.  Flowers in church today have been donated by Pat Grant and Lorna Miller.
2. Thank you: Lennie Fitzsimmons would  like to say thank you for the beautiful flowers she received from the Church, and how much they lifted her spirits.
3. Larbert Tryst Church questionnaire is for everyone in the community to contribute to plans for the new church. Please complete by 27thApril  and put in the designated box. It can also be accessed online (www.tryst.church) or using the QR code on the form. Please share with friends and neighbours!
4. Finishing Well: if you have a memory of Larbert East, a special day or event, a meaningful service - please let us know. It can be written or made into an audio recording. We would love to hear your memories!
5. Leaflets are available at both doors giving details  of our planned activities for our ‘Finishing Well Weekend’.  If you weren’t at church last Sunday, please lift a copy when leaving.
6. Pastoral Matters: Appointments can be made for Pastoral visits to meet with Anne or Marianne. Telephone numbers on back page  if you need  to speak with us.  Please do not hesitate to phone or email or use the contact us form

THIS WEEKS NOTICES 

7. Weekday Worship on Thursday 24th will be led by Sheila Kerr, our Interim Moderator. Tea/coffee will be available in the Church from 10.30am.  All welcome.
8. Food-bank: Our next collection is this Saturday 26th April from 11.00 –11.30am in the Church car park. Items low on stock are custard, small tins of fruit, meatballs, sliced meat.  WE HAVE PLENTY OF CEREALS AND  BISCUITS AT THE MOMENT.  Thank you for your donations.

ADVANCED NOTICES

9. Breakfast Prayer Zoom Meeting 27th April, 9.00 – 9.30am. Contact Dave Tooth for details.
10. Creche: To give everyone the opportunity to be a part of next week's Family Service of Thanksgiving, there will be nobody on duty in the creche next week. However, the creche room will be open and toys left out for the little ones to enjoy - they will just need to be accompanied by whoever is with them. Thank you for your understanding. 
11. Standing Orders: I have been asked several times if Larbert East people will need to set up new Standing Orders when we become Larbert Tryst Church. As the same bank account will be used, there is no need to do anything.  The money will come out of the existing account which will have a new name. No action will need to be taken regarding Gift Aid forms either.  Kate Duncan    
12. Memories Group:  The next meeting will be on Wednesday 7th May when Craig Murray will talk about Falkirk Children’s Theatre.
13. Tryst Church Notices
First Sunday Service: 11.00am, Sunday 4th May.  Service of Holy Communion, led by Rev. Derek Gunn, Moderator of Forth & Clyde Presbytery.
Car Parking from 4th May: If at all possible, please use alternative parking (e.g. ASDA Car Park) and leave the Church Car Park free forpeople who need easy access.
First Kirk Session Meeting at 7.00pm on Tuesday 13h May.

NEXT SUNDAY’S SERVICE- our last Morning Service as Larbert East Church is at 10.30am, when we welcome invited guests to take part. We look forward to you joining us in worship.

Our Young Church meet in the Large Hall  from 10.15am.  Tea/coffee are available after the service in the Large Hall. Please join us.
